Purpose:

Visualize the sense of touch

Points that have been devised:

A work where the traces of a previously existing solid have been transformed into a three-dimensional piece of art. The points of contact between the object and the hand have become surfaces. Since the subject matter is the traces of contact, it is an interactive exhibit where you can touch it.

Things I've been mindful of:

Creating sculptural, polygonal objects by animating the hand's trajectory at 24 frames per second (fps). When tracing an object, ensuring precise timing of touch reveals both spaced-out and densely packed areas.

I've constructed the display platform using iron sheets, forming a precise rectangular cuboid with sharp corners while imbuing rhythm and polygonal aesthetics into the tabletop.

Following this artwork:

Using the same subject matter but altering the frame rate results in varying polygonal complexity. Utilizing this, it might be worthwhile to explore the range within which the original form is recognized and proceed with production.

Seeing the unseen, God is an amorphous entity.

The intangible, represented by 0s and 1s in 3D computer graphics, akin to the divine, is an invisible existence, aligning with the visualization of tactile perception.
